This project was done in one of my mini classes with 3-6 years old children. We read one of many Eric\u00a0Carle’s<\/span>\u00a0books and had a little discussion about what illustrations are, who is an illustrator and what is his job. Then we looked carefully at\u00a0Carle’s<\/span>\u00a0art and sleeves up and work began!
\nChildren used all sorts of materials and everyday objects to make colourful printed paper. Then they decided what they want to make out of it and before it was dry (who has time for that!) they cut out their shapes. I helped with some drawing. Then they made animals, cars, clouds, airplanes, even books! They are cute!<\/p>\n
